To make shopping at Cartoon Zombies an enjoyable and trouble-free experience, we require everyone's cooperation. Therefore, we have compiled a list of guidelines as follows, as well as information that buyers should take note of (payment methods, collection, meetups, faqs etc.). Do take some time to read and note down whichever is applicable to you. ^^
Guidelines
1) All orders to be in before the deadline set, or the order will not be taken in.
2) Separate order forms to be sent in for Idol merchandises and Fashion Sprees (please do not mix both types of preorders together, it'll be terribly confusing for us! Thank you for your understanding!)
3) Payment to be made at most 3 days after order form is sent in (do inform us should you encounter any problems)
4) We will update you on the status of the preorder and delivery, so please refrain from emailing/asking on the tagboard about this.
5) Please only buy from us if you trust us. It works both ways (: If you do not trust us, then it'll be better if we do not have any transactions. But do not worry! We blogshop ourselves, so we understand the importance of trust. ^^
6) No dead buyers/backing out after order is confirmed, or no refund will be made+added to blacklist

Ordering Procedure
1) Look around, find an item you're interested in!
2) Fill in the order form (refer to the sidebar for the link to the order form ^^) with the appropriate information and full item name(s).
3) Send the order form to cartoonzombies@gmail.com and wait for our confirmation email.
4) After receiving our confirmation, proceed on with payment. Payment must come in 72 hours after the confirmation email is sent (this may not be applicable to customers who chose meetup-for-payment). No Payment = Order not Confirmed.
5) After payment, wait patiently for your items to arrive. We will announce on the site and inform all customers via email when the items have arrived.
6) Collect your items during our meetup / Wait excitedly for your items to arrive at your house via postage!
7) Please give us some feedback on our service ^^ We really appreciate it!
8) Shop again! ^^
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Meetup for Payment
Pass the payment directly to us when you come for our organised mass meetup.
Concealed Cash
Sending the payment via postage.
Not recommended as it is not the safest.
If there really is a need, we encourage you to use registered postage to send. It may be more expensive, but it's a safer measure. ^^
ATM Transfer / Internet Banking
Transfer the amount to POSB Savings 207-64829-9 and scan the receipt/screen-shot the transaction confirmation page.
Paypal [Overseas Buyers Only]
Make payment to cartoonzombies@gmail.com
Please select Personal Payments>Payment Owed and then check the box 'I will pay the fee'
Other than these methods, we unfortunately are unable to provide any other payment methods. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Collection Methods
Ways to get your items:
Meetup
Collect the items directly from us when you come for our organised mass meetup.
Registered Postage (Local)
We will mail the items to you via registered postage. We will not send any items via normal postage because we do not want any missing/lost parcels or any claims of any sort. We seek your understanding!
Cost for registered postage will be made known again after we find out about the mass of the item.
Registered Airmail (Overseas)
Takes 6-14 working days to process and deliver, comes with a tracking number.
Reliable, less costly than EMS.
EMS (Overseas)
Takes 1-5 working days to process and deliver, comes with tracking number for full tracking.
Fastest, most reliable and costly shipping method.
Meetups (Local)
Meetup locations and timings will be decided by us. We will give ample notice before the meetup, as well as suitable locations and timings, via this site as well as our twitter (@cartoonzombies)! Thank you for your understanding ^^
FAQ
1. Can i meet you to pay after my items arrived, when i am collecting them?
Sorry, but because most of the items here are on pre-order, you will have to pay before we place an order for you!
2. Why didn't you reply my email?
It could be because we were slightly busy at that point of time. But please be assured that we will respond to every email that we receive. ^^
3. Why aren't there any personal meetups?
We want to minimise the amount of time spent travelling for meetups, and it would be much more convenient for us to meet everyone at a fixed location to settle all matters. ^^
4. Are your goods authentic?
Rest assured that we will ensure that every detail of our goods are authentic! We get them from reliable suppliers, and the source/country of origin will be made known in our blog posts. We will give a full refund should any of our goods not be authentic. ^^
5. What if you are unable to obtain the goods after the preorder? Or if the item is OOS?
We will give an explanation on this site, as well as a full refund should such a thing happen.
